5. Children’s Swim and Flotation Products

Some Octobubble products may be designed to assist children while swimming or becoming comfortable in water.

Unless expressly certified and described otherwise, swim-assistance or flotation products sold by Octobubble must not be treated as life-saving devices or substitutes for close adult supervision.

When using these products:

  • A responsible adult must provide constant and close supervision.
  • The child must remain within immediate reach of the supervising adult.
  • The product must only be used in accordance with its instructions and warnings.
  • Applicable age, size and weight recommendations must be followed.
  • The product must be checked for damage, wear or improper fit before each use.
  • A damaged, incorrectly fitted or excessively worn product must not be used.
  • Children must not be left unattended in or near water, even while wearing the product.
  • Products must not be used for purposes for which they were not designed.

The customer is responsible for reading and following all instructions, safety warnings and care information supplied with the product.

6. Prices and Taxes

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Unless otherwise stated, applicable taxes will be included in the price or calculated during checkout in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.

Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes or other applicable fees will be displayed during checkout where reasonably possible.

For international orders, the customer may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, local taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and may not be controlled by Octobubble.

We may change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where correction is legally permitted due to an obvious pricing error.

7. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

After an order is placed, you may receive an automatic email confirming that we have received the order. This acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

A purchase agreement is formed when we accept the order by:

9. Payment

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

10. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • May not be combined unless expressly permitted.

We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by fraud, misuse, technical error or an obvious pricing mistake.

Any cancellation or correction will be carried out without restricting mandatory consumer rights.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific date has been expressly guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Octobubble is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery information provided by the customer. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged where legally permitted.

Risk, delivery and ownership of products will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer law.

12. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be sent by email, SMS or through the customer account.

Tracking updates are generally supplied by the shipping carrier. There may be a delay between dispatch and the first tracking update.

If tracking information indicates delivery but the parcel cannot be located, contact us promptly at info@octobubble.com.

13. Cancellations

You may request cancellation by contacting info@octobubble.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

We will attempt to process the request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after the order has entered preparation, fulfilment or shipping.

Where an order cannot be cancelled before shipment, the customer may use the applicable return or withdrawal procedure after delivery.

Nothing in this section restricts mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights granted under applicable law.

14. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing through a distance contract may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason or paying a penalty, subject to applicable exceptions.

For products, the withdrawal period generally begins when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, receives the product.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

15. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Products must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided by Octobubble.

Swimwear and hygiene-sensitive products may be subject to legally permitted return restrictions where protective packaging, hygiene strips or seals have been opened and the product is no longer suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

These restrictions do not remove the customer’s statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrectly supplied products.

16. Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is damaged, defective, incomplete or different from the product ordered, contact us at info@octobubble.com.

Please provide:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue
  • Photographs of the package where shipping damage is involved

We may request that the product be returned or inspected before completing the appropriate remedy.

Mandatory consumer rights regarding defective goods remain fully protected.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
